The Case Management Education + Training Seminar (CMETS) is a public health conference that focuses on the unique needs of Ryan White case managers. This year, the theme is Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future. The theme reflects our commitment to explore the historical context of HIV and its ongoing impact on our communities, as well as look ahead at the latest frameworks and technologies available to prevent and treat HIV. This conference is committed to reducing stigma, providing support to folks in the field, and affirming the rights of individuals living with HIV. CMETS will provide the latest in training, evidence-based education, and networking opportunities for case managers.

hotel & conference info
Hotel Guests
If you are staying at the hotel, you can check-in on Wednesday, August 30 (unless you are attending the Linkage to Care meeting). You can either leave your bags in the trunk of your car, or leave them with the front desk attendant.
You will be asked to provide a card for incidentals, which will be $50. Once you check-out, the charge will be cancelled.
Parking
If you are parking at the hotel, you can park in the parking garage located behind the hotel at St. Charles and 9th Street. You will receive a ticket when you enter the garage.

Please find the assigned parking attendant at registration to get your validated parking pass. You will use this when you leave the parking garage and will not have to pay. You will need a new parking pass for each day.
Things to Do
Outside of conference sessions, there are amenities available to hotel guests as well as a restaurant, pantry and coffee shop available to all conference attendees. Get more info here.
